By accessing and using BytArch Studio services, including web hosting and web development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
BytArch Studio provides web hosting services (shared hosting, WordPress hosting, Node.js hosting) and web development services (landing pages, business websites, e-commerce stores, custom web applications) based in Belize.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
For all web development services, the following payment structure applies:
All prices are listed in BZD (Belize Dollars). Belize GST of 12.5% applies to all services and will be added to quoted prices.
All hosting plans are billed on a 30-day subscription basis. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. Prices are listed in BZD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Belize GST of 12.5% applies.
The number of revision rounds included in your package is specified at the time of purchase. Additional revision rounds beyond what is included will be quoted separately. Any changes to the original project scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Estimated delivery times are provided at the start of each project. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, delayed content provision, etc.) may extend the delivery timeline. BytArch Studio will communicate any delays promptly.
You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware or spam, to host content that violates copyright law, or to engage in activities that could damage our servers or network. Resources must be used within the limits of your selected plan.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this guarantee. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding our guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits upon request.
Daily backups are provided as a courtesy service. You are primarily responsible for maintaining your own backups. BytArch Studio is not liable for data loss. We recommend maintaining independent backups of all critical data.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website design and all custom code created specifically for your project. BytArch Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
For web development projects, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for any work completed up to that point. Hosting services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Either party may terminate hosting agreements with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
BytArch Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belize.
